We present to you El Cairó! In April 2023, we were awarded the tender called by the Granollers City Council to build and manage the first cooperative housing project in the municipality of Vallès. The competition, called in March by unanimous vote of the plenary, envisages the building on the 800 m² municipal lot at Carrer Rosselló 97, in the Lledoner district.

Currently, and until April 21st, we have registrations open for all people interested in living in this cooperative housing project. If you want to be part of it, come to this information session open to all interested people. We will explain all the details of the incorporation process, and we will resolve your doubts about the project and the operation of Sostre Cívic.
