Do you want to live in cooperative housing in the Baix Empordà? We promote the first cooperative housing project in right of use on public land in Girona. It will be in the municipality of Palamós and thanks to the public-cooperative collaboration between Sostre Cívic and the City Council of the municipality. The purpose of the project is the construction of a multi-family building on a publicly owned plot located on Avinguda Catalunya s/n to be used as cooperative housing on a right of use basis.

Project Land of the Sea will be from 34 homes, qualified for official protection, distributed on the ground floor and five floors, in addition to 34 underground parking spaces. We have now opened registrations for people interested in taking part until April 11. If you are interested, come to the information session and we will answer all your questions.
