This year we returned to the Convent of Sant Agustí for the celebration of the Ordinary General Assembly of members. During the afternoon, more than 85 people participated in the organization's main decision-making body and maximum representation of the members.

The Assembly was animated by the Board of Directors of the entity and the technical team who presented the different items on the agenda. The was approved 2017 report, the Closing of accounts for the 2017 financial year, the 2018 Work Plan and the 2018 budget based on three lines of work and more than 260 actions that define the cooperative's activity.

The consolidation of the Calonge and Sant Antoni Phase was also approved with the purchase of the building where the collective project will be developed and the addition of positions to the Governing Council with the incorporation of Phase representatives Princesa49 and the Fase Roquetes de Barcelona. Finally, the auditor of the cooperative's accounts was chosen.

Once the General Assembly was over, after two intense hours, we all went together to the building of Princesa49 to celebrate the delivery of keys to the users of the project's homes.
