
A Sostre Cívic We continue to work to expand the cooperative housing stock in right of use, a non-profit model that guarantees stability, affordability and democratic management for the people who live there. With 1.800 members and 25 ongoing projects (14 in cohabitation), we are an entity approved by the Generalitat as a Social Promoter and can receive direct awards of public land, thus speeding up the creation of affordable and protected housing.
Now, within the framework of Plan 50.000 of the Generalitat, we are looking for 3 municipalities with more than 20.000 inhabitants that have land or municipal properties to apply for the call and carry out a social housing project together with Sostre CívicThis plan provides for financing of up to 100% of the cost of promoting affordable housing, a unique opportunity for local administrations that want to guarantee social housing without losing ownership of the land.

If you are a city council interested in joining this initiative, we invite you to fill out this form before the March 24 2025Subsequently, we will evaluate the proposals received and inform the selected municipalities so that they can apply for the grants from the Plan 50.000 with our support as promoters.
