The program doc's de Betevé premieres the documentary project Princesa 49 next Saturday, February 10 from 19:25 p.m.

The documentary was made by Out of Frame, Journalism association and produced by the same association, Sostre Cívic and with the collaboration of Barcelona City Council.

We accompany the process of transformation of the building and the process of participation of future users. The documentary contextualizes the cooperative project in the neighborhood and in the district where it is located, Ciutat Vella. A neighborhood marked by speculation, the actions of investment funds, gentrification and mass tourism that in recent years has emptied the neighborhood of neighbors. Follow-up of the participation of the users of Princesa 49 in the participatory design of the housing project and shared common spaces. Currently, the housing project is still in the final stretch of the rehabilitation works of the building at number 49 Princesa Street.
