This cooperative housing project in right of use, promoted by the cooperative in collaboration with the City Council of Calonge and Sant Antoni, will be the first in the Girona regions and will become the first project of this type specifically for young people in the country. The aim is to acquire a disused building in order to dispose, after the comprehensive rehabilitation, of 14 homes for use by the partners who are part of the project's driving group.

All partners interested in participating in the project can apply for registration from the 21st ofarç on the website of Sostre Cívic.

Project registration application process

To request your enrollment in the driving group:

1. Fill out the form (FORM LINK)
2. Send to info@sostrecivic.cat (Concept: Calonge) the following scanned documentation:
   - ID, NIE
   – Historical registration flyer
   It is essential to be a member of the cooperative to participate.

Priority criteria for participation in the project

• Be a member of Sostre Cívic (you can register at next form)
• Being young (under 35 years old, born from 1983 inclusive)
• Resident of Calonge and Sant Antoni (Registered from January 1, 2017 to the present or 10 years of registration throughout life.)

The prioritization criterion will be for the young people of the municipality according to seniority in the cooperative (date of registration in the cooperative).
Secondly, priority will be given to young people (from outside the municipality) according to seniority in the cooperative.
Thirdly, priority will be given to people from the municipality (not young people) according to seniority in the cooperative as well.

Publication of the driving group and waiting list

The list of registered people will be published, organized according to the prioritization criteria, which will include the people who are part of the driving group and the waiting list.

After the publication of the list to be part of the driving group you will need to sign an agreement document to join the driving group and make a contribution of €1.000.
