We inaugurate The Internal, a new management and participation tool for members, designed to improve the organization's communication and transparency! 

What does The Internal consist of?

It is a virtual space or intranet for the members of Sostre Cívic, where you can find the following 5 sections:

1. My data: Here you can review both the personal data and the information relating to the member, as well as the payment of the quotas and the groups in which you participate.
2. Activities: In this section it is possible to consult and sign up for the upcoming planned activities.
3. Participates: It is a virtual space for the participation of the cooperative, where members can contribute to open internal debates (general or specific to the group or project) or propose new ones. This tool has been developed thanks to a grant from Barcelona City Council, which has allowed us to adapt the Decidim digital platform.
4. Directory: You still don't know the Board of Directors and technical team of Sostre Cívic? In this section you can check which people are part of it.
5. Resources: A library of documents and useful resources, such as the statutes of the entity or training and informational materials on Sostre Cívic and the cooperative housing model in right of use.

In addition, partners who are part of some of the cooperative's projects will have another functionality available:

• Cooperative housing project: It includes information about the people in the group, basic descriptive data of the project, and the social capital contributed (with the possibility of downloading the corresponding receipt). In the future, in this space there will also be the option to upload documentation to share with the group and a repository of receipts and maintenance contracts, in the case of projects in which they are already living.

This structure and contents will soon be improved and expanded with the members' contributions and suggestions: The Internal is a living and flexible tool that adapts to the needs of Sostre Cívic!

How can I access La Interna?

If you are a partner, you will have received a message in your email with all the information you need to access The Internal. After setting your password, you will be able to enter it with your NIF number and the password chosen by you.
