LLEIDA (BALÁFIA)
This project is located at Carrer Ripollès, number 3, in the Lleida neighborhood of Balàfia. It was built in 2010, and has never been inhabited. We've got it back to offer 13 homes under the HPO regime.

MUR (HAMMER)
Mur is the first cooperative housing project in the right of use of Martorell, and the first acquired by the cooperative through the scoring and retraction. We've got it back to offer 14 homes, 12 of them under the HPO regime.
It is a new building from 2008, and consists of homes from 1 to 3 rooms. thehousing available, the low 1a, has a useful surface of 40,09 m² and consists of a double bedroom with toilet and dining-living room with kitchen. You have until April 30 to sign up!
LA REDOLTA (VALLES)
This is the first social housing project in a cooperative scheme in the right of use of Valls, a building until now disused and owned by a financial institution that we have recovered to offer 13 homes under the HPO regime.
It is a new building from 2009 that we acquired by trial and error, and that in 2022 we rehabilitate L’habitatge disponible té 78,79 m², 3 rooms, dues d’elles dobles, i dos lavabos.
Incorporations to the driving group
TERRA DE MAR (PALAMÓS)
Together with the City Council of Palamós, we promote Terra de Mar, the first cooperative housing project in the municipality with the objective to offer cooperative and affordable housing in an environment of job insecurity and a real estate market focused on tourism, to return housing to its social function.
During the month of març In 2024, work on the project will begin, and we will take the opportunity to expand the group of users who will live there. From 19 from February to 26 in May we open the incorporation period, here are all the details:
CAN 70 (SARRIÀ, BARCELONA)
Can 70 we are a group of elderly people who work to have active aging within the framework of cooperative housing in right of use, conceived as an alternative to the current model of aging.
Registration is currently open for people frombetween 55 and 69 years. Scaling the ages of the group is an important issue because it is the way to guarantee the continuity over time of the cooperative housing project.
WALDEN XXI (SANT FELIU DE GUÍXOLS)
If you are a member of our cooperative and you are between 55 and 70 years old, you can register now for vacancies in the senior cooperative housing project Walden XXI, in Sant Feliu de Guíxols. You can access the registration form here.

SOLTERRA (SANT HILARI SACALM)
We want to make a new senior project a reality in Sant Hilari Sacalm, and we are looking for people to be able to take it forward!
It is about the rehabilitation of the old hotel Solterra to make 30-35 accommodations complete (kitchen, living room, bathroom, bedrooms...), i complementary collective spaces for the use of the whole community.
