Only the partner people they can participate in all the cooperative's projects at the time when there is a discharge and new incorporation processes are opened, or being part of the waiting lists that are periodically opened through the La Interna platform.

Currently, we have some promotions with vacant homes, and projects with open registrations to be part of the driving group:

Vacant homes

Currently, we have vacancies in cooperative housing projects already in the coexistence phase. That is to say, that they are about to move in! Do you want to know where they are and what the conditions and requirements are? Watch below:

EL TURRÓS (LA GARROTXA)

This is the cooperative's first rural housing project. Formed by a single unit of coexistence: there are no private spaces that are complete homes. It is a rustic estate of 240.000 m², of which 40.000 are arable and the rest forest, with a main farmhouse and an old farmhouse in ruins, with a useful constructed area of 880 m². Currently has a vacant position.

Incorporations to the driving group

We work on the promotion of different cooperative housing projects, to grow the cooperative housing in right of use! Currently, you can join the driving groups of the following projects. These are projects in different states, from initial stages to projects about to start construction. If you are looking for a project under construction, this interests you! 🙂

THE SCAFFOLDING – PATI DEL GALL (VILAFRANCA DEL PENEDÉS)

The Bastide – Pati del Gall is a project driven by a small group of partners from Sostre Cívic residents of Vilafranca with the support of The Bastide, entity referring to the municipality that from 2021 develops actions making political advocacy and making known the model of cooperative housing in right of use.

The project will consist of 24 homes, and the driving group is currently looking for new additions. They will hold several information sessions for interested people. You have until January 27 to sign up!

CAN 70 (SARRIÀ, BARCELONA)

Can 70 we are a group of elderly people who work to have active aging within the framework of cooperative housing in right of use, conceived as an alternative to the current model of aging.

Registration is currently open for people frombetween 55 and 69 years. Scaling the ages of the group is an important issue because it is the way to guarantee the continuity over time of the cooperative housing project.

WALDEN XXI (SANT FELIU DE GUÍXOLS)

If you are a member of our cooperative and you are between 55 and 70 years old, you can register now for vacancies in the senior cooperative housing project Walden XXI, in Sant Feliu de Guíxols. You can access the registration form this article.

SOLTERRA (SANT HILARI SACALM)

We want to make a new senior project a reality in Sant Hilari Sacalm, and we are looking for people to be able to take it forward!

It is about the rehabilitation of the old hotel Solterra to make 30-35 accommodations complete (kitchen, living room, bathroom, bedrooms...), i complementary collective spaces for the use of the whole community.

Upcoming additions

Els projects in development they often look for new additions, although they don't always have the processes open to be able to maintain a good cohesion of the driving group. Therefore, new incorporation processes are opened periodically. At the end of each project page you will find one form for interested persons, where you can sign up to receive information directly to your email when they reopen.
