Only the partner people they can participate in all the cooperative's projects at the time when there is a discharge and new incorporation processes are opened, or being part of the waiting lists that are periodically opened through the La Interna platform.

Cal Paler Nou (Cardedeu)

Cal Paler Nou is a project of 36 homes that we promote in the first cooperative housing project in right of use located in Cardedeu and the largest private land development in Catalonia.

After years of collective work, construction work began at the end of 2023. The move-in is scheduled for mid-2026., when the partners will turn the designed space into a true shared life project.

La Bertrana (Manresa)

La Bertrana is a project of 60 homes of official protection and 336 m² of community spaces. It is located on the Pont de Vilomara road, number 121, between the neighborhoods of Viladordis and La Balconada, on municipal land.

The building will consist of four collective spaces and one local municipal, in addition to parking spaces. It is expected that members will be able to move in at the beginning of 2027.

El Cairó (Granollers)

In April 2023, we were awarded the tender called by the Granollers City Council to build and manage the first cooperative housing project in the municipality of Vallès. It is an 800 m² municipal plot at Carrer Rosselló 97, in the Lledoner neighbourhood, where we will build 29 homes with common spaces.

The Bastide – Pati del Gall (Vilafranca del Penedès)

The Bastide – Pati del Gall it is a project driven by a small group of partners from Sostre Cívic residents of Vilafranca with the support of The Bastide, entity referring to the municipality that from 2021 develops actions making political advocacy and making known the model of cooperative housing in right of use.

Can 70 (Sarria, Barcelona)

Can 70 We are a group of elderly people who work to have active aging within the framework of cooperative housing in right of use, conceived as an alternative to the current aging model.

Registration is currently open for people frombetween 55 and 69 years. Scaling the ages of the group is an important issue because it is the way to guarantee the continuity over time of the cooperative housing project.

Walden XXI (Sant Feliu de Guixols)

If you are a member of our cooperative and you are between 55 and 68 years old, You can now start the process to be part of the senior cooperative housing project. Walden XXI, in Sant Feliu de Guíxols. Registration on the form begins a process of getting to know each other that can culminate in entry into the waiting pool. You can access the registration form here.

Els projects in development they often look for new additions, although they don't always have the processes open to be able to maintain a good cohesion of the driving group. Therefore, new incorporation processes are opened periodically. At the end of each project page you will find one form for interested persons, where you can sign up to receive information directly to your email when they reopen.
