Projects with vacancies - Sostre Cívic

Only members can participate in all the cooperative's projects at the time there is a withdrawal and new incorporation processes are opened, or by being part of the waiting lists that are opened periodically through the La Interna platform.

Currently, we have some promotions with vacant homes , and projects with open registrations to be part of the driving group:

Vacant homes

Currently, we have no vacancies in cooperative housing projects already in the coexistence phase.

If at any time there is a cancellation in any of our projects, all members of the cooperative will be notified through the fortnightly newsletter and we will publish it on this page and in La Interna.

We remind you that the main criterion when transferring the right to transfer use of a home is the order of seniority. Sostre Cívic, as stated in article 14 of our statutes. If you are not yet a member, you can do it from this page!

Incorporations to the driving group

We work on promoting different cooperative housing projects, to grow the transfer-of-use model! Currently, you can join the groups promoting the projects below.

These are projects in different states, from initial stages to projects about to start construction . If you are looking for a project under construction, this interests you! 🙂

La Bertrana (Manresa)

The La Bertrana project is the cooperative's second in Manresa, after El Rusc . It will consist of 60 subsidized housing units and 336 m² of community spaces. It is located on Carretera del Pont de Vilomara, number 121, on the corner of Carrer Pilar Bertran, and between the neighborhoods of Viladordis and La Balconada, on municipal land.

The process of joining the group will be done periodically . The registration form on the project website can be filled out permanently and there will be three cut-offs at three times of the year: June 15, October 15 and January 15.

The Bastide – Pati del Gall (Vilafranca del Penedès)

The Bastide – Pati del Gall it is a project driven by a small group of partners from Sostre Cívic residents of Vilafranca with the support of The Bastide, entity referring to the municipality that from 2021 develops actions making political advocacy and making known the model of cooperative housing in right of use.

The process of joining the group will be done periodically . The registration form on the project website can be filled out permanently and there will be three cut-offs at three times of the year: January 31, June 30 and September 30.

[Currently, there is only one vacant home reserved for young people born in 1992 or later]

Can 70 (Sarria, Barcelona)

Can 70 We are a group of elderly people who work to have active aging within the framework of cooperative housing in right of use, conceived as an alternative to the current aging model.

Currently, the age group where new members need to be incorporated is between 55 and 59 years old . However, anyone can fill out the form and be on the waiting list.

Walden XXI (Sant Feliu de Guixols)

If you are a member of our cooperative and are between 55 and 65 years old, you can now start the process to become part of the Walden XXI senior cooperative housing project , in Sant Feliu de Guíxols. Registering on the form begins a process of getting to know each other that can culminate in entry into the waiting list. You can access the registration form here.

Upcoming additions

Projects in development often seek new incorporations, although they do not always have the processes open to maintain good cohesion of the driving group. Therefore, new incorporation processes are opened periodically . At the end of each project page you will find a form for interested people , where you can sign up to receive information directly to your email when they reopen.
