We invite you to the presentation talks of Walden XXI, a group of people between 55 and 70 years of age who are working in this town on the central Costa Brava to start an interesting housing project in right of use.

Talks have already begun with the town's City Council, with the aim of rehabilitating a hotel built in the 70s and converting it into 33 apartments of around 50 m² fully equipped and with large common areas; such as multipurpose rooms, kitchen, dining room, library, computer room, laundry, parking, storage rooms... All this in the center of town, 6 minutes' walk from the beach, and with all the services: bus station, swimming pool and gym municipal, market and medical center.

Currently the group is in the expansion phase, waiting to be filled in order to study the feasibility of the project: it consists of 16 people, and has 12 apartments committed... but there are still more than 20 available! Do you join?
