During these last years, Sostre Cívic has had a significant growth in activity, which has been reflected with an increase in the social base, in the projects in promotion, as well as several in coexistence, which have led to an increase in economic activity, and a growth of the technical team to carry out and sustain this activity. Following our 2020-2021 work plan and after carrying out a process of reviewing and updating our Governance, we are now carrying out a reflection to define the strategy to be followed by the cooperative in the coming years, what are the future challenges and how we carry them out. In this way, these last few months we are carrying out a process of drawing up a new Strategic Plan, in a participatory way for the different actors of the cooperative. Supported by Social Tandem, we have set up a driving group and have already held different work sessions with the Governing Council, the technical team, interviews with different external agents of the cooperative housing sector in right of use and a participatory debate session with the people partners The aim of the first phases has been to draw up a shared diagnosis of the cooperative's internal situation as well as its external vision and perception, at the same time that we will co-construct different alternatives of prioritized and agreed strategic goals and lines.

Soon during this month of June, as part of the process of drawing up the strategic plan, partners will be able to participate in the process and provide their opinions on the present and future of Sostre Cívic through a questionnaire that will be sent to the entire social base of the cooperative.
