Last Friday, June 15, the roof of Princesa49 it was filled with partners to celebrate the handing over of house keys to the users of the project's driving group. Princesa 49 represents the first cooperative housing project in right of use in the city of Barcelona, ​​another step for the cooperative model in right of use and for the cooperative.

Eira, Esther, Chus and Cleia, some of the new residents of the building, opened the doors of their house to us so that the rest of the partners could visit the homes that are already ready to start moving. The rehabilitation works were completed last May after a year of activities in the building.

From September we will make a few more visits to the building when the users are already installed so that those members who have not yet been able to visit can get to know the project.
