WHAT ARE PARTICIPATIVE SECURITIES?
They are a form of voluntary financing, open to all people (whether they are members of Sostre Cívic as if not) interested in contributing to make possible the cooperative housing projects in right of use.
WHAT ADVANTAGES DO THEY BRING ME?
By acquiring these titles you will be able to support pioneering initiatives that work for decent and adequate housing, and at the same time, you will benefit from the interest on the money invested, which varies according to the project.
WHO ISSUES THE EQUITY SECURITIES?
The titles are configured by the cooperative that issues them, Sostre Cívic.
WHO CAN PURCHASE SHARES?
Participatory titles are of a nominative nature, and are intended for natural and legal persons (entities, associations, cooperatives, companies) who want to collaborate in the development of projects.
HOW MANY CAN I PURCHASE?
As many as you want, there is no set limit! You will be able to acquire them until the total number of titles issued for each project is used up. Each title has an amount of 500 euros, you can check the availability of titles for each project.

Make the transfer runponent to the indicated account.
