
Co-operative housing projects in right of use do not stop growing, and as a co-operative we need to be able to work with the best technicians in order to move them forward. We want to do this by betting on the values of the social and solidarity economy, while combining transparency, professionalism, track record and also betting on young professionals. For this reason, with the aim of regulating the procedure for the selection of the professional teams that develop our projects, we are calling for an exchange of technical equipment service providers of architecture, town planning, surveying and engineering.
Teams or professionals who want to can register from 8 to 26 in July through this form. Candidates will be included in the stock exchange as long as they meet the minimum requirements specified in the basis: it is necessary to submit a Curriculum Vitae showing a minimum of 10 years of experience and solvency in multi-family residential projects. Young teams (under 40 years old) may register together with other teams or professionals who provide the required experience and solvency.

Once incorporated in the Stock Exchange, depending on the order to be contracted by the cooperative, and based on a series of parameters regulated by the same, the teams will be hired through an objective and transparent selection and scoring process which will be communicated in each process.
