La Constructiva, the service cooperative oriented to the construction of cooperative housing in right of use and promoted by Sostre Cívic, look for one building studies technician for the functions oftechnical office and study of offers, in the field of construction of cooperative housing projects. What profile do we need?

• Participating in the technical office of a building construction company, with experience in project analysis, planning, optimization, studying variants and developing them, in collaboration with the technical and studies management (technical reports, construction processes , work plans, improvements, feasibility, quality, safety, environment, etc.)
• Tender study technician, with experience in project analysis and preparation of tenders (costs of materials, subcontracts, rents, industrial, etc.), in support of the technical and tender management, col· will work on the complete preparation of technical proposals for tenders for building works, rehabilitation and maintenance of buildings (including all associated tasks, such as site visits, economic evaluation).
• Knowledge and experience in monitoring works, cost control and planning will also be valued. Helping in the management and control of construction works, contracting, costs, preparation of budgets, tenders, planning, plans As Built, quality, safety and health, legalization projects, etc...

We also value:

• Experience and training in Quality, Risk Prevention, Waste, Ecology, Sustainable construction, Bio construction..
• Association participation and social movements.
• knowledge of Sostre Cívic and/or housing cooperatives in right of use and other forms of collective housing.

What do we offer you?

• Work in a company with social sensitivity and aligned with the social economy, with respect for people and the group
• Employment contract of 40 hours per week for 6 months, renewable and extendable. With the will to stay.
