Walden XXI buys the building where it will make its project a reality

This morning, the Walden XXI project has made the purchase of the building where he will make his dream come true: an old hotel from the 70s in Sant Feliu de Guíxols, which after complete rehabilitation will become 31 coexistence units that will be occupied by around 43 elderly people, between the ages of 55 and 70.

It was just three years ago that they began to gestate inside Sostre Cívic the beginnings of this project by a group of people who are members of the entity, the seed group of 'Senior Housing'. The forecast is move there in the first quarter of 2023, if permits, construction and financing go according to plan.
