Objectives

  1. project ofcooperative housing in right of use.
  2. Enable access to housing to people who are currently having a hard time. 
  3. To constitute one coexistence community that is open, intergenerational, diverse and inclusive. 
  4. To constitute one community of growth oriented towards personal improvement and the creation of new models of coexistence and social action.


MEDIA

Regarding housing:

  • Una building (block of flats, farmhouse, prefabricated houses) for 20 cohabitation units, approximately
  • Private spaces and common spaces for community life (washing machine, multipurpose room, terraces...) 
  • Community formed by people with different economic situations, including people who cannot access market housing and people who temporarily need to be accommodated.
  • Differentiated initial capital contributions, depending on the economic possibilities of each one. 

Regarding the cohabitation unit:

  • Establishing relationships of confidence, share, mutual care i cooperation. 
  • Collaboration to make the spaces, services and activities generated there available to everyone, deploying and taking advantage of potentialities of each
  • Organization based on one shared management i new leaderships, shared and democratic.
  • Acceptance of difficulties, challenges and conflicts as opportunities of growth and learning.

Regarding coexistence values:

  • The project offers possibilities of personal growth in an environment of self-responsibility 
  • ask for one compromises and an adherence to this ideology
  • It states that, as such, has no affiliation political, religious or ideological.
