We continue to transform housing to transform society!

This morning we signed an agreement with Mollet del Vallès City Council for convert the old teachers' house into social housing, which at the time he placed at the Nicolás Longarón school.

Thanks to this agreement, we will be able to rehabilitate this municipally owned space to turn it into approximately 15 social housing units and carry out a cooperative housing project in the town.

"The City Council will work so that the future users of these homes pay a social contribution, well below the price on the free market", point out municipal sources.

Already in July of last year, the local government announced that would study the conversion of the two buildings of municipal property in social rental housing given the impossibility of many families to cope with the prices of the private real estate market. So, the intention is that, in the future, we will sign a new agreement to carry out the construction of social housing in the building located at number 1 Feliu Tura Street.
