The next Friday July 2 at 17.30:XNUMX p.m all people partners of Sostre Cívic are invited to theOrdinary General Assembly (AGM) of the cooperative and the association. Unlike the last AGM which, due to the state of alarm, we were forced to celebrate exclusively through virtual means, this time we want to meet again in person. However, we want to maintain all the health measures set by the authorities: capacity control, distance and mask. For that we opt for a hybrid face-to-face form and maintaining the online format for those people who so wish.

The face-to-face participation will take place at Casal Ca L'Isidret (Poblenou, Barcelona) and will be reserved for 50 places, and online participation will be done through the Zoom platform and will be guaranteed by all members of Sostre Cívic. Whether the participation is in person or online, it is essential to be able to participate registration via La Interna, what can be done until Thursday 1 July at 23.59pm.

Among the items on the agenda, the 2020 activity report will be presented, the annual accounts will be voted on and a new Governing Council will be elected, adapting a new governance model to the growth of the cooperative in recent years, which balances the weight of the different types of partners within the entity, and deploys the figure of working partner. In addition, the acceptance of the Surface right of a site of the Barcelona City Council to create the project of Can 70 and the purchase of a property to develop an new rural cooperative housing project.

let's visit La Balma!

Once the Assembly is over, all members will be invited to visit La Balma (a 10-minute walk from the AGO in person) to celebrate the completion of the works and the imminent entry to live in this new housing project of the cooperative in the city of Barcelona.
