Do you want to live in cooperative housing in the Baix Empordà? We promote the first cooperative housing project in right of use on public land in Girona. It will be in the municipality of Palamós and thanks to the public-cooperative collaboration between Sostre Cívic and the Town Hall of the municipality. The object of the project is the construction of a multi-family building on a publicly owned lot in Avinguda Catalunya s/n to allocate it to housing in a cooperative regime in right of use.

The promotion will be from 34 homes, qualified for official protection, distributed on the ground floor and five floors, plus 34 underground parking spaces. During the information session we will present the details of the homes, solve all the doubts about the model and finish with a visit to the works.
