Last October 21 and 22 we participated in the FESC. Thank you to everyone who spent some time at the stand, those who approached and also to those who participated in the talk debate "In the face of real estate speculation, let's organize ourselves!"

During the two days we received the visit of many people interested in the model of cooperative housing in right of use and the projects that are being developed by the cooperative.

Saturday morning Sostre Cívic organized a talk and debate around private heritage as a way to make housing cooperatives in right of use, study the possibilities and suitability of developing projects for the purchase of private properties on the free market or through other mechanisms and how we we can articulate the different agents.

The debate focused on the sole owners of buildings, different strategies and supports were debated from cooperatives that could generate processes of self-organization of the people who live in these blocks, generally with rental contracts and with the aim of to be able to have the collective management of your home.
