A dozen partners continue the work to define the criteria and calculation of the usage fees and the initial capital contribution to the co-housing projects. The conclusions of the working group will be incorporated into the new proposed Statutes.

On Wednesday, October 11, the second session of the quota work group was held, in which a dozen members went deeper into the definition of the usage quota and the elements to establish quotas and contributions were specified of the initial share capital of the cooperative's co-housing projects.

The debate arose from the conclusions of the first work session held in June, in which the framework had been narrowed and a series of general criteria had been defined. The conclusions of the working group will be incorporated into the proposed statutes that are being drafted and that will be brought to the next Extraordinary General Assembly.
