Celebrating 4 years of the SAHC Counseling Service!

How time flies... Our Cooperative Housing Advisory Service (SAHC) is 4 years old!

This is a service that we offer with the aim of providing support, resolving doubts, and accompanying people and groups who are looking for heritage and want to develop a cooperative housing project. It consists of arranging short visits of about 30 minutes, designed by members of Sostre Cívic, but also for any person or group interested in carrying out a collective housing project such as ecovillas, urban farmhouses, senior cohabitation...

4 years promoting cooperative housing

During this time, we have accompanied groups and individuals in their housing projects, not only delving deeper into the right of use model, but also helping to plan the different phases of the project, to accompany and consolidate the groups, to evaluate possible patrimonies, to work on the different legal formulas of the projects...

In these 4 years we have arranged a total of 344 visits and attended to more than 700 people! In addition, we also started two territorial devices: that of Camp de Tarragona, Penedès and Terres de l'Ebre, in autumn 2018; and that of Comarques Centrales and Terres Gironines, in the spring of 2019. Currently only the latter is still active.

Do you want us to help you promote your cooperative housing project?

If you already have an idea or project underway, and you are interested in our advice, IT IS NECESSARY TO REQUEST TIME IN ADVANCE by email to info@sostrecivic.cat or by calling 93 399 69 60. Visits take place on Tuesday afternoons, from 16 to 19.30:19 p.m., and are currently online due to COVID-XNUMX security measures.

If you still do not have the idea of your project defined, then we recommend you first attend one of the informative talks that we organize every month, where we explain the keys to cooperative housing in right of use and how we work in Sostre Cívic, in addition to presenting all our active projects. You can check the date and time of the next talk at our agenda.
