the project ofShared self-consumption and sustainability in cooperative housing projects that we presented to the Germinador Social was selected and after the first phase of voting it was a finalist as it was the second project with the most votes (789). The five most voted projects will go to the final stage together with 5 more projects selected by the jury that will decide the winning projects of this year's edition.

With this project we want to generate new actions in the building of Princesa49, which this June has already been inhabited and is the first cooperative housing in right of use in the city of Barcelona:

• Installation of a single electricity meter: in the face of a negative response from Endesa to our request to install a single meter in the estate, in accordance with collective ownership, we will come up with new strategies to achieve this.
• Training of users for energy control: this June the users move to #Princesa49, and together we will work to minimize consumption and energy control of the building.
• Shared energy self-consumption: impulse of a community photovoltaic installation of and for the entire community of the building.

Social Germinator is an initiative of We are Energy i Coop57 that stimulate the creation of innovative models of social initiatives, renewable energy and energy efficiency, and help them get started with the aim of promoting new local agents for the energy transition. For this project, we will collaborate with cooperatives The Risell i Azimut 360.
