Last November 17, we held the last meeting of the participatory process to develop the architectural project for the future cooperative housing in Palamós. This process has lasted two months and has had 4 sessions led by the architects of the project (UMMA architects) and animated by the cooperative's technical team. 

In the sessions we were able to talk on the basis of a previous project, what were the needs of the users regarding the size and uses of the spaces, as well as the initial vision of the group for this life project that they will start together. 

In the workshops, some of the homes were modified, and above all, the size, location and uses of them collective spaces of the building, which in the new project will be: 

• a large multipurpose room,
• a small multipurpose room,
• a guest room,
• a collective laundry and
• a collective workspace/storage.

We were also able to reflect on the building's construction systems and facilities, and on the environmental and cost impact of these elements on the economy of the promotion.

This is just the beginning! From this point on, the group will continue to expand its participation in the development of the project while gaining strength and cohesion as a group.
