Last week we introduced a new one cooperative housing project in right of use that we promote in Catllar (Camp de Tarragona) in two informative talks in Barcelona and Tarragona with many interested people attending.

The aim of the project is to promote the first development of cooperative housing in right of use specifically for the elderly (seniors) in Catalonia. This project will be the first phase of rehabilitation of La Fàbrica del Catllar, a heritage of high historical, social and architectural value, in a very interesting landscape setting. In this first phase, it is planned to develop 30 protected homes, under a right of use regime, and a wide provision of collective spaces and services that respond to the needs of the driving group.

The driving group is formed and consolidated with people interested in being part of the project, future users. People interested in being part of the driving group must register in the following form (between July 24 and August 8):
