THEobservatory Llargavista was born in 2019 with the aim of knowing the state and evolution of cooperative housing in right of use throughout the country. It is a project of intercooperation of Sostre Cívic, The Risell i iLabSo and the participation of the cooperative housing sector in right of use. 

Llargavista makes one quantitative and qualitative analysis of the cooperative housing sector in right of use. In this new edition and analysis of the data updated in 2020, data from 50 cooperative housing groups and projects in right of use have been surveyed and updated. And as a novelty for this edition, a section relating to the generation of the Social Market has been incorporated. In addition, you will be able to find data and information about people and coexistence units, the characteristics of projects and buildings, as well as other elements of interest, such as economic and financial information, or related to governance

• Consult the Report Llargavista 2020, which analyzes the data, and which can be downloaded from the Observatory's website itself. 

The Observatory Llargavista has the support and collaboration of Coopolis regarding the diagnosis and dissemination of data from the city of Barcelona, ​​and with the support of Barcelona City Council.
